Founded in 2023 by licensed surveyor Kyle Brook (PLS #9686) and based in Lotus, California - Confluence aspires to make surveying resources accessible, tests attainable and finding a job manageable. We are also currently working closely with the California Young Surveyors Network to create a team of regional groups that can support up and comers in the land surveying space.

Meet Kyle Brook, Licensed Land Surveyor #9686
Kyle began his surveying career in the dynamic, historic landscapes of the Bay Area, honing a skill set for complex, ever-evolving environments. With experience spanning a diverse range of projects—including properties older than the state itself—Kyle’s expertise developed quickly, and his path to licensure was swift. Now, as both a practitioner and an educator, Kyle creates practice tests and presents on critical surveying topics. His commitment is clear: accuracy, efficiency, and an unmatched client experience are at the core of Confluence Land Surveying. Driven by a passion for excellence, he continuously seeks innovative solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
